Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you use doctorsewa.in ("Doctor Sewa") to book doctor tokens or lab tests. By booking, you agree to them.

What Doctor Sewa does

Doctor Sewa helps you book a token with a doctor and book lab tests. We do not give medical advice. Diagnosis and treatment are the responsibility of the doctor you visit. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 112.

Doctor tokens

Booking a token on Doctor Sewa is free. The consultation fee is paid directly to the clinic at the visit.
The estimated time shown is a guide only. Waiting time depends on the doctor and other patients.
If you are not present when your token is called, the clinic may mark you absent. You may be called again later if the clinic allows it.
You can cancel your token from your token page before your turn. The clinic may cancel or move a booking if the doctor is unavailable; we will inform you by SMS.

Lab tests

Prices shown on the website include any discount applied at checkout. Home collection charges, if any, are shown before you confirm.
Please follow the preparation instructions (for example fasting). If a sample cannot be collected because instructions were not followed, the test may need to be rebooked.
Reports are shared on your booking page and are available for a limited time; please download and save them.

Cancellation and refund (lab tests)

You can cancel an unpaid booking from your booking page before the sample is collected.
For online payments: if you cancel before sample collection, or if we cannot collect the sample, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Once a sample has been collected and processing has started, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If a payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed, the amount is refunded automatically, or contact us with your booking number.

Your responsibilities

Give correct details for yourself and the people you book for, use your own mobile number, and do not misuse the service or make false bookings.

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
